Contracting and delivery
Submitting a form does not oblige either party to contract. Work begins after requirements are clarified, documents are accepted and any required deposit is paid. Client delays in providing content or approvals may shift delivery dates.
Pricing and payment
Fixed prices apply within package limits. Additional work is priced before implementation. Domain names, hosting, licences and third-party subscriptions are paid by the client unless stated otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
The client supplies accurate information, lawful content, required access and timely approvals. The client is responsible for the legality of products, claims, images and materials supplied for publication.
Intellectual property
AM Digital Growth branding, website design and original presentation materials may not be commercially reproduced without written consent. Client project rights transfer after full payment, subject to third-party licences.
Technical corrections
Defects that cause the delivery to differ from accepted specifications will be assessed and corrected within a reasonable period. Later changes, third-party interventions, misuse and expired external services are not covered.
Liability
No search ranking, sales, profit or advertising outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for proven direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. External provider outages remain outside AM Digital Growth's control.
Governing law and updates
Romanian law applies. Parties should first attempt direct resolution; unresolved disputes are handled by competent courts. Signed contract terms prevail for active projects.
