Sources of personal data
Personal data is provided directly by the person concerned through the contact form, email, telephone, WhatsApp, contracts or other communications initiated by that person.
Technical data may be generated automatically by the server and by the mechanisms required for the operation and security of the website.
The contact form does not automatically send form messages to WhatsApp. Information is sent to WhatsApp only when the user separately chooses to start a conversation through that application.
Who may receive or access the data
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database and are available through the website's administration panel.
Personal data may be accessed or processed, only where necessary, by:
- Hostinger, as the website hosting provider;
- MongoDB Atlas, as the database service provider;
- technical service providers involved in the administration, maintenance and security of the website;
- accounting, tax or legal service providers, where necessary;

Personal data is not sold, rented or distributed for the creation of commercial mailing lists.
Data retention period
Enquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of the last communication.
After this period expires, the information is deleted or anonymised, unless there is a legal reason requiring a longer retention period.
Where an enquiry results in a contract, information required for the contractual relationship, invoicing and accounting is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Technical logs and security information are retained for limited periods proportionate to the purpose for which they were collected.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions established by the GDPR, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- deletion of your personal data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to certain processing activities;

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, known as ANSPDCP.
Security measures
Measures used to protect personal data include authentication for the administration panel, secure password storage, encrypted connections, access controls, form validation and request rate limiting.
